PLEASE NOTE: All appointments for non-members must be paid in full at the time of booking. This payment also serves as your non-refundable deposit. Members are required to pay a small, non-refundable deposit which is applied to the total cost of your service. Read the full studio policies here.
RESCHEDULING: In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. You may do this by clicking the link in your confirmation email. There is no fee for rescheduling your appointment within 60 days. If you need to reschedule due to COVID-19 exposure, we recommend rescheduling 30 days from your appointment date. If you do not see the option to reschedule for your desired date, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: For all appointments cancelled within the 48-hour appointment window and no-shows, you will be charged for the full cost of your service.
COVID-19 COMPLIANCE: When you arrive for your appointment you must sign two COVID-19 liability forms. One is required to enter the building, the other is required to receive services from the studio. Both forms require you to disclose your personal information and the building submits this information to the County. Reading and signing these forms are required to receive services.
APPOINTMENT INTAKE: You will need to complete an intake form prior to your appointment. You can fill this out at any time before your appointment and this form link is also included in your confirmation email. Please note: you may need to upload three clear photos of your face to this form (front of face, right side, left side). For best results, please take these photos before completing your form. All information submitted on these forms are confidential.
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION: Please refrain from doing anything special to your skin in the two weeks leading up to your appointment. This includes masks (DIY, homemade, or otherwise), exfoliating treatments (chemical or physical), cosmetic fillers/injectables, cosmetic tattoos, laser hair removal, shaving (for clients booking waxing or sugaring appointments), eyelash extension applications, and any extensive surgery in the areas that may be worked on during your appointment.
