STUDIO POLICIES

LATE POLICY
There is a 10 minute grace period for facial services and a 5-7 minute grace period for hair removal services. If we are able to accommodate you past the grace period, we most certainly will! If we can’t accommodate you due to tardiness, and we can’t reschedule you for the same day, you will be charged in full and rescheduled for another day. This just means that your rescheduled appointment will be pre-paid.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Things happen and sometimes you need to cancel. We ask all clients to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. This allows for other clients to schedule an open availability in a timely fashion.
If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours ahead of time, you will be charged the remainder of your service cost and forfeit your deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows are not treated as deposits for future appointments.

RETURN POLICY
As a service-based business, we do not provide any returns on services provided. All sales are final. For products that are unopened or minimally used, you can receive studio credit if returned within 7 days. We advise a consultation or service prior to buying any products so that you can be confident in your purchase.

GUEST POLICY
While we have a relaxing lounge set up in the studio, we currently do not accommodate more than one client at a time. We ask that you do not bring friends, partners, or children with you to your appointment.

PRIVACY POLICY
We never share our clients data to anyone. The information collected from you are to communicate about appointments and purchases. Our websites use tracking tools to help us better optimize your experience on our sites. Client photos are only shared via social media through expressed written consent and are anonymized when shared.
